  2. In a large pan, warm the oil, then add minced garlic. Cook for a minute until golden. Add chicken and cook for 3–4 minutes until white and cooked through.
  3. Add salt, pepper, red chilli powder, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and oregano. Stir in tomato paste and sriracha. Cook 1 minute to enhance flavors.
  4. Pour in milk and cream. Stir constantly over medium-high heat until bubbling and slightly thickened.
  5. Add mozzarella and stir until melted into a creamy sauce. Gradually mix in pasta water until sauce is silky.
  6. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat. Sprinkle extra cheese on top, cover, and let it melt gently on low heat.
